When my cat Sparkles was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease last year, I knew I needed to find a food that would support his health and that he would actually eat. Sparkles is 15 years old and a beloved family member.
Our veterinarian sent us home with a sample of a prescription kidney diet, and Sparkles liked it just fine. When I went to look for it online, I realized it could only be purchased through the vet.
